The Royal Institute of Strategic Studies (IRES) took part in the meeting held on October 10, 2016, by the Union of Honorary Consuls, through a communication by its Director General, Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, that addressed the global issue of climate change, the environmental and climate challenges facing Morocco and the IRES's vision of how the Kingdom is adapting to this global phenomenon.
