The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) took part in the study days organized by the Directorate General of National Security, on December 17-18, 2014, through a communication of Mr. Said Moufti, Director of Research at the Institute, which highlighted the specific of the IRES’ foresight watch system and the contribution of the latter to enlightening Morocco’s strategic choices.
