Malta, 24-26 November 2011

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies took part to the 3rd edition of the Euro-Maghreb Forum, held in Malta on 24-26 November 2011, under the theme "Issues and challenges of the transition in the south of the Mediterranean”, through a communication of Mr. Said MOUFTI, Director of Research at IRES, entitled " Financial institutions reform and investment development in the Maghreb within the current democratic transition".

This event was organized by the Delegation for Strategic Affairs of the French Ministry of Defense, in collaboration with some European think tanks.
