A delegation from the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) took part, on June 22 in New Delhi, in the second Morocco-India strategic dialogue organized jointly with the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA). This conference, which was attended by the Ambassador of Morocco to India, Mr. Mohamed MALIKI, was devoted to the prospects for strengthening bilateral relations, in a context of global geopolitical and geoeconomic changes. Issues related to peace and security in Africa, the contribution of Morocco and India to South-South cooperation, particularly in the areas of food security, health and renewable energy, were discussed. At the end of this meeting, it was agreed to conduct and publish joint work by the two institutions, covering themes of common interest, in particular issues related to peace and security in Africa, the future of the oceans and emerging strategic sectors.
