Meeting of the Steering Committee of the study on the MDM strategy for 2030

The Steering Committee of the Study on the Strategy of Moroccans in the World (MDM) for 2030, held a working meeting at the headquarters of Al Akhawayne University in Ifrane on May 17 and 18, 2013.

Chaired by Mr. Abdellatif MAAZOUZ, Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Moroccans living abroad , Mr. Driss EL YAZAMI, President of the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad, and Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies. This meeting was devoted to the in-depth examination of the trend and desirable scenarios related to the dynamics of Moroccan emigration and to the identification of the priority axes of the strategic vision of the Morocco towards MDM by 2030.

The members of the follow-up committee to this study also took part in the work of this meeting, as well as representatives of institutional actors concerned with the migration issue.
