The strategic dimension of the advanced status Morocco – European Union
Mr. Hassan ABOUYOUB, Ambassador of His Majesty the King and member of the IRES’ Steering Committee, made a presentation on February 19th, 2009, at IRES headquarters on "The strategic dimension of the advanced status Morocco - European Union".
In his speech, Mr. Hassan ABOUYOUB analyzed Morocco-European Union bilateral relations within the context of the advanced status in light of structural changes facing the 21st century world.
Other aspects were discussed in depth, of which we mention the impact of the advanced status on the national normative and regulatory system, and the necessary prerequisites to enable this status to stand as a vector of modernization of the country.
